Built from the inside out.
Most funding platforms are built by technology companies or marketing firms who aggregate lender lists and route applications to whoever is paying for deal flow that month.

Our capital network spans bridge lenders, DSCR and permanent lenders, hard money and private lenders, mezzanine and preferred equity providers, and equity capital sources including family offices and co-GP partners, all with active programs in FL, GA, TX, and the Southeast.
