When you visit our Sites we may automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and device identifiers. This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third-party sources including lender partners, referral sources, and business partners when they refer deals or clients to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes.

To review and respond to deal submissions, funding applications, and service inquiries. To match your deal or funding request to appropriate lender partners in our network. To deliver Deal Architecture™ assessments, Deal Dossier™ packages, and other services you have engaged. To communicate with you about your submission, engagement, or inquiry including follow-up correspondence and status updates. To improve our Sites, services, and processes. To comply with legal obligations. To protect the rights, property, and safety of Netrix Enterprise LLC, our clients, our lender partners, and the public.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal information for advertising purposes on behalf of third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your personal information only in the following circumstances.

With lender partners. When you submit a deal or funding request and we determine that a lender introduction is appropriate we will share your deal information and contact details with the relevant lender partner in our network. You authorize this sharing by submitting your deal or funding request through our Sites.

With service providers. We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Sites and delivering our services including email service providers, payment processors, and cloud storage providers. These service providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

With professional advisors. We may share your information with attorneys, accountants, and other professional advisors as necessary to operate our business and deliver our services.
