Referral Fee and Compensation Disclosure

Netrix Capital is a brand of Netrix Enterprise LLC, 3343 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta GA 30326. This disclosure is provided to ensure complete transparency about how Netrix Capital is compensated in connection with services provided through netrixcapital.com.

Referral Fee Arrangements

Netrix Capital maintains referral fee arrangements with lenders and funding partners in its network including but not limited to bridge lenders, DSCR lenders, hard money lenders, permanent lenders, mezzanine debt providers, preferred equity providers, family offices, business funding platforms, and SBA lending partners.

When Netrix Capital introduces a borrower, operator, or business owner to a lender or funding partner and that introduction results in a closed transaction Netrix Capital may receive a referral fee from the lender or funding partner. Referral fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the loan amount or funded amount and are paid by the lender or funding partner to Netrix Capital at or after closing.

Referral Fees Are Paid by Lenders

Referral fees earned by Netrix Capital in connection with commercial real estate funding introductions and business funding introductions are paid by the lender or funding partner and not by you as the borrower or applicant. You will not be charged an additional fee by Netrix Capital solely as a result of a lender introduction unless you have separately engaged a paid service such as Deal Architecture™ or Deal Dossier™.

Referral Fees Do Not Influence Introductions

The existence of a referral fee arrangement with any lender or funding partner in our network does not influence the lender introductions we make. All lender introductions through Netrix Capital are based exclusively on deal fit criteria including loan type, deal size, market, asset class, operator profile, and borrower profile. We do not prioritize lenders based on the size of referral fees they pay.

Paid Service Fees

In addition to referral fees Netrix Capital charges direct fees for the following services. Deal Architecture™ structural assessments are $2,500 per engagement payable by the client. Deal Dossier™ deal package preparation is $1,500, $2,500, or $5,000 depending on deal size payable by the client. These fees are separate from and independent of any referral fee arrangements with lenders.

No Dual Compensation on SBA Transactions

In connection with SBA loan transactions Netrix Capital complies with applicable SBA regulations including rules regarding compensation from both borrowers and lenders in connection with the same transaction. On SBA loan transactions where Netrix Capital charges a packaging or preparation fee to the borrower Netrix Capital will not also collect a referral fee from the SBA lender on that same transaction unless permitted by applicable SBA regulations.

Disclosure of Specific Arrangements

If you would like to know whether a specific lender or funding partner in our network has a referral fee arrangement with Netrix Capital you may request that information by contacting us at admin@netrixenterprise.com. We will disclose the existence of any referral fee arrangement with a specific lender upon request.

By submitting a deal or funding application through netrixcapital.com you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Referral Fee and Compensation Disclosure and that you consent to Netrix Capital earning referral fees from lenders and funding partners in connection with introductions made on your behalf.
